A Day hike to Champadevi, which offer you one of the beautiful view of Kathmandu Valley and Mountain ranges of Himalayas. Get your things ready with your friends and enjoy hike. I did this hike couples of times from different starting point (don't recommend others but only mail trail). Often many Nepali hiker you will see on the way for their holiday celebration. Another sad part, people throw their used things reckless - Nepali habit.
Before joining the trail, reaching to starting point- you can use your private vehicles or by public bus. If your are using public vehicles then bus will be operating daily from old bus park ( Ratna Park) to DakshinkaliTemple. Catch local bus, it will take 1.5 hours (depends). It will be your choice from where to start your hike after your get off the bus at Bhanjayang. Start hike from Hati Ban Resort (near there) or walk to Dallu where you can hike through the Guru Rinpoche Stupa (not recommended).
You can continue hike to Bhasmasur Dada then hike same trail and hike to Machhegaun orend your hike by same route.
Note: If your are starting from Guru Ripoche then ask with local about route detail other ways, it will difficult to find the main trail.
